1. Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 business days for Brazil and 10-15 business days for all other destinations in Latin America.

3. Chinese holiday reminder: Chinese holiday reminder: During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1) and Chinese New Year , services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 2-4 days.

Return Policy

    • Return for a refund or a replacement will be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of the item with NO restocking fee. It is buyers’ sole responsibility to verify their original purchase. Please refuse to sign the damaged / empty packages and contact us soon.

    • Email us and a Return Authorization Merchandise Number (RMA NO.) will be issued. The number MUST be marked clearly on the front of the package and sent to us within 7days date from RMA.NO. released. We reserve the right to refuse to process a return without RMA NO or beyond the available processing time.

    • The refund will be issued or the replacement will be sent after we receive and confirm your return item. Please allow 48 Business Hours for us to process your return.

    • Returns that are a result of customer error will be subject to an actual S&H fee deduction from the refund.S&H is non-fundable.Return products must also be in its original condition: including box, UPC bar code, packaging,and all other accessories.If your package is lost during shipping: Contact Customer Service to inform us you didn't receive your package. Once we confirm with the courier that your package is lost, we will offer a refund or resend your items. If we shipped you a defective or damaged item: You are eligible for a full refund or exchange. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process your exchanging or refund. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it. We will then ship you a new item immediately
